Legal Fees and Plans
Because each case is unique and as a result of recent State budgetary cuts which have had a substantial effect upon the operation of our Courts it can often be difficult, and sometimes not possible at all, to estimate with certainty how long a particular Legal matter will take to complete, nor the exact costs which may be required to successfully bring a case to final resolution.
At Lane Law Offices we know that the potential costs associated with legal services is one of the very important concerns on the minds of our prospective Clients.
To address this understandable concern we at all times strive to provide legal representation and related services as efficiently as we can and at reasonable cost. In addition, we offer different payment plans, and options, dependent upon the particular case.
In some legal matters we can offer flat fees, as well as hourly and contingent fee arrangements. We also provide " Unbundled Services " in which we may agree to perform one, or more, specific tasks tailored to your particular needs and requests, in certain appropriate cases.
